You will recall that one of the items of business at this year's general members' meeting
is the consideration of the updated bylaws. President Betty Petty's letter explaining the
background to the revisions, and characterizing them, can be found in the "Attention
Members" box at http://www.bmta.org/. The same box has links to two different
version of the revised bylaws that will be presented for consideration. .Links to copies

As chair of the Board's Bylaws Committee I have been asked to present the revisions
to the general members. The copy I will reference in the discussion is the one showing
the proposed changes with strike-throughs and underlines. The link to it, in the Attention
Members box is titled "Proposed BYLAWS changes."

To save paper, and trees, I will bring along only a few copies of the document offered.
So if you want to be sure have a copy for reference during that discussion, print one
out and bring it along.
